ABOUT CONCRETE SPECIALTY CONTRACTORS

Our mission statement: “Provide high quality services by fulfilling our responsibilities to our customers and employees."

An excellent example of how CSC views its responsibilities to its employees is the English classes CSC sponsored for its Hispanic workers. CSC held English classes on its premises under the auspices of the local community college. Since Joy Wright is a certified English teacher, she taught the classes. The classes were well attended, and some employees brought their wives. The classes were suspended when the daylight working hours increased and the employees asked to work longer days, but Joy anticipates restarting them later this fall. The Company prides itself on paying a fair wage to its employees and treating them with respect.
